Acne Care Top 8 Donts : What You Should Not Do To Not Let Acne Horrify You ?
You would had come across several "TOP TEN WAYS" and "HOW TO" articles when searching the web for acne skin care. They do nice job by briefing you what you should do to get rid of Acne. But they never tell you what you should avoid. These DONTS when done can hamper the entire course of acne care. Let me get into the DONTS quickly :
1) Squeezing pimples is the first and foremost habit to refrain. This can spread pimple bacteria instead of actually curing it. Also it can lead to permanent scars.
2) Cold showers are always good for acne prone skin. Say a blind NO to hot water showers.
3) Don't use an acne cream recommended by your friend or cousin. Your common sense will tell you that your Doctor is the better person to recommend products or treatments.
4) Acne free in 3 days is only possible in the cheap and fake eBooks. In reality, it is no way near possible. Doctor's advice is obviously more valuable than these cheap books or guides.
5) Leave your favorite potato chips to remain on stores. Don't bring them home. You are actually buying acne by buying these salty and oily foods.
6) Don't keep worrying seeing the mirror. Depression can worsen acne but not cure it. Instead work out effective ways to fight acne.
7) On the other extreme, don't be careless. If at all you find any pimple heading on your chin or cheeks, you should immediately run towards your Doctor. Sooner is better.
8) Don't keep on surfing or reading tips. You need to take actual steps to fight acne as soon as possible.
